RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES

For less than minimum quantities, we can provide a referral to a third-party delivery service. While you pay us for the product, all third-party delivery transactions and negotiations are your responsibility.

COMMERCIAL DELIVERIES

DELIVERY POLICY:

Prior to submitting a request, please familiarize yourself with our Delivery Policy. You will be required to sign this policy before your delivery. To sign the policy now, please click HERE.

DELIVERY REQUEST PROCESS:

1. REQUEST A QUOTE (you will need to sign in or create an account).
2. Our office will automatically receive your request, then someone will contact you to confirm details and feasibility.
3. Your quote will be edited to include delivery fees. Quotes automatically expire in 30 days.
4. When you are ready to move forward, our staff will convert your quote to an order and proceed with scheduling your delivery (see scheduling below).
5. You will receive an invoice and are expected to pay in full at least 24 hours prior to delivery. You may access "My Account" to make your payment at any time.
6. You will be able to access all stages of the process in the "My Account" area.

SCHEDULING:

Once you have accepted your quote and are ready to schedule Delivery, you must contact our Dispatching staff. They will add you to our delivery schedule. We schedule in 4 hour time-blocks, which are first come-first served. During peak season, our delivery calendar fills up quickly, so plan ahead.

RATES:

Our delivery rate is based on the distance from our facility to your location, the vehicle making the delivery, and may include a fuel surcharge. Please provide accurate address information when making a request.
