Returns/Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Wallace Farm. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Bulk items: Bulk materials are not returnable once unloaded at your residence or job site. Please check the load for accuracy before you unload or accept delivery.
  • Bagged items: You have 10 calendar days from date of purchase to return bagged products. The bags must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please provide your original receipt or order number when returning items.

We like to know what we can do better, so we will need an explanation for all returns.

REFUND POLICY:

Depending on the circumstances, we may issue you a refund. Alternatively, we may offer you a different or additional product. Once the method has been determined, we will work with you to provide a refund using your original payment method, account credit, or product exchange as quickly as possible. Delivery fees are only refundable if you are COMPLIANT with our Delivery Policy.

To request a return/refund, please login to your account and create a support CASE. Please provide your original order number, reason for return/refund, and if you have a quality concern, please provide photos.  Our staff will follow up with you within 24 business hours. You may also check the status of your case by signing into your account.
