Dear Valued Friends, Family and Customers:

We are pleased to announce that the N. C. Division of Waste Management renewed our permit to operate our large, type 3 solid waste composting facility. This announcement was made in a Press Release issued by NCDENR on April 22, 2010. The permit is effective for five years.

As a long-standing, proud farming family, we deeply appreciate your backing, and we sincerely thank you for the support you have given us during this process. We will continue to work with NCDENR, Mecklenburg County, and our neighbors as we endeavor to make our part of planet earth greener and our community a good place to work and live.
